This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and paid features offered through the Nyra Wellbeing Private Limited (“Nyra Wellbeing”) Platform.

By subscribing to or purchasing from Nyra Wellbeing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on Nyra Wellbeing Platform are final, non-transferable and non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Subscription fees

One-time purchases

Renewals

Promotional or discounted plans

Upgrades or add-on purchases

We do not offer refunds for:

Partial subscription usage

Non-usage of the service

Accidental or unintended purchases

Dissatisfaction with the service results

Auto-renewal charges

Technical issues arising from the user’s device, network, or browser

Under no circumstances will Nyra Wellbeing provide a refund once a payment has been successfully processed.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

However, please note:

Cancellation does NOT result in a refund (full or partial).

Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

You will continue to be charged for the current billing cycle even if you cancel immediately after renewal.

Access to premium features will remain available until the subscription period expires.

Cancelling prevents future auto-renewals, but it does not reverse or refund past charges.

3. Auto-Renewal Terms

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

Your plan may auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle.

The payment method on file will be charged automatically.

You are responsible for managing your subscription status before renewal occurs.

Nyra Wellbeing is not responsible for notifying users before auto-renewal unless legally required.

4. Billing Issues or Payment Failures

If a payment fails:

Nyra Wellbeing may retry the charge.

Access to paid features may be paused until successful payment.

You are responsible for keeping your payment method up to date.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Even in exceptional cases—such as device changes, dissatisfaction, misunderstanding of features, or personal circumstances—refunds will not be issued.

Only if required by applicable law, we will comply with relevant statutory obligations.

*Applicable law means The Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, Contract Act,1872, Sales of Goods Act, 1930 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

6. Policy Updates:

We reserve the right to update this Return and Cancellation Policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised date will indicate the last update.
